This place is great!

No gloves wore while prepping food and service was bad took me an hour to get either my food or my kids

Casual. Good Italian comfort food. Good service. Can also carry out. Baked dinners are good. Or try a stromboli! Generous portions. Lots of regular customers.

We had it to go tonight. The lasagna was great as always.

Loving Ferrandos since they were on Hwy 421. Now, not so much. They've changed their pizza cheese; if I wanted cheddar, I'd have a cheeseburger. Also, I've ordered thru Door Dash twice and both times the orders have been incorrect. Two stars out of loyalty to Lou.

Every time we decide we want good, cheap pizza, we pick Fernando's. The servers are always so nice, service is quick and food is delicious.

worth the wait

Always great food and great service, have been coming to Ferrandos since it was in the valley, then the bowery, and now on the south side. Will always be a customer!

First and foremost, the food here is usually great. The only problem I've ever had with the restaurant was with a new waitress that refused to write the order down, brought out my companions order without mine, only noticing the mistake after her more experienced fellow waitress asked me about my missing order, and eventually brought one out..the wrong one. At every step through this process when I tried to discuss the problem with her she would give a nonchalant "uh-huh" and walk away while I was still talking to stand behind a counter while the other waitress covered every table including mine. I was given a refund and an apology (by the more senior waitress) for the mistake of the other. This is not a management, cleanliness, or taste issue. Just one of a poor experience due to an unwelcoming waitress.

Good pizza!

The food here is great! Pizza done right...not mass produced on a conveyor belt. It will definitely get packed, especially on the weekends, so eat 30min. to an hour early, & just take home some great late night snacks and you probably won't have to wait for a seat.

My pizza wasn't cooked through but ceaser salad was on point

It wasn't bad when you go in to eat, but take out was just okay. Toppings on pizza were on the light side. Staff didn't seem to care about what they were doing. These are not easy times, but you'd think they would try harder to stay in business.

Found this place by accident. What a pleasant surprise. Pizza was fabulous. Walter is a new waiter there and did a wonderful job. Definitely ask for him if you stop by.

Although the pizza was GREAT. We were surprised to see that the servers were not wearing protective face coverings. Not worth the risk of dining in unless they change their policy and require their servers to wear masks. Might consider pick up only because we loved the pizza. But just disappointed in their no mask policy for their wait staff for the inside diners.

This is the best pizza place in Aiken! Food is always delicious and the service is outstanding! Thank you Crystal the best server in Aiken! She always has a smile and gives you her best!

The baked spaghetti was very good!

Will never be back. Me and my family was there for almost an hour before we finally got our food that was not edible the stromboli was hard as a rock. The server didnt even give us a update or let us know why it was taking so long just walked right past us.

I would give this place 5 stars but i haven't tried everything. First time here and i was very impressed. I had the chicken parmesan and tried a lil of the lasagna. Both tasted fresh and was full of flavor. I will truly go again. Best Italian spot I've been to in a while. Wish they had a couple more dishes to choose from though. Other than that i do recommend. Prices are more than great for the food you get

We love Ferrando's. The food is delicious. The service is very good. They offer a wide variety from which to choose. The atmosphere is good. It's easy to relax in this restaurant. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

I caught them closing and was able to get a 10" pizza pie. It was a little to greasy and soggy for me, but I'm gonna give them another try soon since it was late and they were ready to go, which I totally understand because they were technically closed when I walked in to get pizza. Set up is like a Italian Family Place with pictures of famous Italians on the wall from Joe DiMaggio to Frank Sinatra it's a cozy comfortable place.

Pizza and breadsticks were okay. The marinara tastes like spaghetti sauce to me. ***Mushrooms are NOT fresh, they use canned (rubber) mushrooms , which is a huge downer for me. Waitress was very nice though.

Simply marvelous

This place has the rudest manager I have ever seen! My friend ordered the “large” antipasti salad. It came out smaller than the “small” size. When he asked the manager about it, his exact quote was, “numbers don’t lie. It is four ounces of lettuce.” It also consisted of one small slice of salami cut into quarters. All of this after waiting more than an hour for food. We also waited about 10 minutes after asking for a check. Absolutely awful.

It was a great experience, the waitress was fantastic, and the service was refreshing.... we had a big group, and they accomodated, the food tasted great.... Will definitely return!

Went there on Sunday. Bad service all around.

Ferrando's is extremely disappointing. I had a To Go order and forgot the credit card, instead of being able to have someone from my house call with the card number (....or use Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, any other forms of electronic payment via my cell) they kept my pizza and sent me away. I guess I cannot ever review the food but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I hope you enjoy our dinner! Make sure you check your wallet before you pickup!

The food is great! However if you are planing to have a quick meal do not go here. It takes a half hour or more to get your food and just as long to get the check. This is a good place to go when you want to sit down for 2 or more hours chating with a freind or family over lunch.

Here visiting from California. I have never liked pizza, but the white pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had. My family agrees and we had such a great experience. The server on staff was hustling! She was the only server on duty and she was awesome!

It's ok nothing fabulous, but waited over 35 minutes for a pizza in a half full restaurant. And to top it off, the one side of the pizza near the crust was doughy and dense. Almost not cooked. Not planning on a return visit anytime soon.

We just came up to Aiken for the day and wanted pizza. Found this on Yelp and decided to try it. One of the best pizzas we have ever had. Shout out to Walter for being a great server. Ask for him when you stop in.

I wish I woulda taken a picture of the calzone Quill made today but it was one of the best I've ever had.Fresh ingredients, no grease, perfectly cooked golden crust. I had one for lunch and it was PERFECT!A+++ from this Long Islanders!

I can’t believe the service I just received from this place. I came in to order a chicken Philly and fries and was told it would take 10mins. I made this order at 1:01 and when I came back in to check it was 1:15, not only was the order not ready but he was just starting to make it. I asked how much longer and he said about 5 more mins. At that moment I noticed the cook on his phone texting after messing with food and then went to finish what he was doing. This is highly unsanitary and at that moment I wanted my money back. It was almost 1:30 and my food hadn’t made it into the oven yet. Customer service was very poor and something needs to be done about this .

Just lost a customer. Pizza was cold and got the run around for a week about it. Could have at least offered to redo the order.

Good pizza, more of a thin crust style. Can be slow sometimes but overall it always tastes good!
